Our 
Policy

We provide massage services for a general healthcare and well-being within a scope of massage therapy based on the massage ethics, law and regulation.

 

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to anyone who demonstrating behavior that is perceived to be inappropriate or disruptive to our massage atmosphere. 

 

Please arrive 5-10 minutes earlier before your scheduled appointment. A late arrival will be shorten your original massage time, to be respectful to customers who are booked after you, you will receive treatment during the remaining time and you have to pay for a full session.

 

We encourage you to keep your valuable belongings at home and we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

 

Communicate with your therapist during the session for the most satisfying outcome.

 

If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible.

                             

A 50% of any service price will be charged for the cancellation fee of  no show or appointment cancelled less than 24 hours. The fee goes directly to the therapist for the compensation of his or her reserved time.

 

Our services do not include tips, A gratuity of 20% or higher of each service price is appreciated.
